• Sod / Lawn Restoration

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Luxury Lawns USA for appointment confirmations, reminders, estimate follow-ups, and occasional seasonal service offers.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy any goods or services from us.
• Message frequency varies; typically a few messages per month.

Payment is due as agreed at the time services are scheduled or completed, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to suspension of service. Any recurring or seasonal service plans will be described and agreed upon before they begin.

Service dates may be affected by weather, equipment, or other conditions outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes and to reschedule promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Lawns USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
